Following a competitive RFP process, the State’s General Services Department has announced that Hartman + Majewski Design Group has been selected to develop a detailed master plan for the Fairgrounds Redevelopment.

Design Group will be responsible for the detailed planning components of Phase 1, which was approved by the Fairgrounds District Board earlier this year, including a park, pedestrian and road improvements, housing and mixed-use commercial, and a sports stadium, as well as the overall aesthetics and design guidelines for the entire redevelopment.
