The survey on the recommended Phase 1 Planning is closing Sunday, March 29.
The recommendations for Phase 1 include the State Fair remaining on the Fairgrounds, with investment in infrastructure and facilities upgrades, as well as an outdoor sports stadium as a strong economic anchor, activating the Fairgrounds and its edges with a walkable, mixed-use core, including housing and commercial activity.
